dealsandyou — Faulty Product and non-professional employees
I have been traying to chase this order since last 10 days and already informed the company that I will be going out of town on Monday i.e. today. And further requested them to ensure that they send me correct product by Friday but unfortunately it never happened. I received the product today but it was faulty and not even complete. I called up customer care and they are asking me to again wait for 48hrs. When I asked them to let me speak with the manager they saying that its not possible. The said company is very non-professional and dealing with them is not at all possible. I have already missd my Saturday's flight because of them and it seems I have to again miss todays flight as well. I am very irritated and I dont want same situtaion to happen with any one else. As if now would highly appreciate if some strict action can be taken against them.dealsandyou — hidden/incomplete/non understandable information on website

But after purchasing the voucher I came to know that you have to buy a minimum of amount 2000 to get this voucher redeemed. When I called the customer care for the website, they told me everything is written on the page in section "The Fine Print". While talking to customer care executive & her superior Vishal, both of them continuously say it is written in our terms & conditions. But you will not find Terms & conditions word written anywhere on that deal.. by this they mean " the Fine Print" is their terms & conditions. How will a laymen know that they have found a new word to cheat people.
Now they are not giving back the money nor accepting that such an important clause should be mentioned upfront on website, not hidden somewhere.

I bought a travel voucher for Khanvel resort for Rs 4999/-. The hotel refused to server the voucher as I was requesting it for a weekend.DnY DID NOT mention any such restriction in their terms and conditions usually attached to any service voucher.
Repeated emails elicit no response. They gave me a ticket no (#16473 and #45374) but still nothing has been done so far. I initiated the email thread with them on Jan-14-2012
The only response from DnY is :
"We have forwarded your concern to the relevant department, they will look into this matter and will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible."

THIS SITE WAS RUNNING AN OFFER DURING DHANTERAS THAT ANY ORDER ON THEIR SITE OF MORE THAN 500 ENTITLES TO A LIFESTYLE VOUCHER .UNDER THIS OFFER I BOUGHT SOME VOUCHERS WITH AN ORDER ID OF 273707 BUT THEY NEVER SENT ME THE VOUCHER TILL DATE . AFTER PRECISELY 20 DAYS N CALLING THEM SO TIMES I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT HERE. EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM THERE WAS A REPLY THAT COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ESCALATED IN THIS REGARD..THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC . WHEN I SEARCHED ONLINE I FOUND THAT THEY WERE RUNNING VARIOUS SUCH OFFERS DURING DIWALI ON SEVERAL PURCHASES JUST FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSE BUT LOTS OF CUSTOMER HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM FOR NON DELIVERY OF THE VOUCHERS/GIFTS AS PROMISED BY THEM. REALLY PATHETIC. I WANT STRICT ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST REMOVAL OF THESE SITES. THEY ARE AS PATHETIC AS THEIR SISTER SITE FASHIONANDYOU .
