dealsandyou — Voucher Not Received even after 15 days

Hello,

DealsandYou had advertised a Thailand Package for 10,999/- on 21/05/2011.

I promptly ordered 2 pax and paid for it with my HDFC credit card. My order number is 114475

Till date 06/05/2011, I have not received any voucher or any call from the company.

DealsandYou is not willing to even share the vendor details (it is supposed to be Kesari Online) with the buyers.

I have called up their call center mulitple times and they are simply refusing to answer any querries. They will not give out the number of the vendor despite repeated request.

I believe that dealsandyou is intent of defrauding it customs of such hunge amounts.

dealsandyou — Non delivery of product

Hi,

I have booked Google nexus One Mobile on 28th June 2010. Till day I didn’t get my product.

My order no is[protected].

I have tried calling customer care many a times and each time I got a response that I will get the update in 72 hours.

Today when I called them they told me that it will take atleast 2 more week to deliver the product.

I asked him to connect to the manager, Initially they put my call on hold for 10 minutes and told me that the manager is busy and I will have to call again.

I want my product or money back. Please let me know what can I do.

Do any one have higher authority contact no or something on which I can get the proper response.
