I bought the product online on July 19th 2011 and they mentioned on their Website that product will be delivered in 21 working days. its been more than 40 days now..and I have not received my phone. I tried calling them many times. They keep me on hold and say you will get in 1 week, 2 week and so on. I have paid 4499 INR for the phone. I even filed for the refund and now today when i called them they said I will get my phone in 2 weeks.
I told them I dont need phone now give me refund then they hanged up the call. I dont know what should I do. I have paid a big amount for the phone. Please help me out taking my refund.

I would like to confirm you that i have received the shipment with blue dart way bill no [protected], however i deeply regret to inform you that i did not receive the the RECEIPT for the item i have purchased from you, also i regret to inform you that the product is not up to the INDIAN standards, you have send the phone Nokia E72 with arabic key board which having english letter as secondary option, and also the bluetooth is not having the ear hanger, i also confirmed with Nokia Care at Kukatpally Hyderabad this. also you have are due to send me the bill for the RECEIPT for the bluetooth.
As a responsible citizen of India i expect to have the Receipts for both at the earnest.
also Replace the mobile with the INDIAN English Language keyboard

I have a call with customer care rep Mr HUNNY, he confirmed about the below issues
1. Keypad is in arabic lang, there is an english langauge also which customer is inconvenience to Indian customer which was ordering in Indian website.
2. you have not received any invoice or bill from deals and you.
3. Bluetooth head set is received with now circle component that holds the ear.
with above points he mentioned that he created a request in Deals and you System
He also confirmed that the information on the above points will he provided after 3 working days ie 15th Sep 2011.
He also confirmed that for this kind of situations deals and you will provide the vendor number and customer has to call that number to solve the points referring to 1 and 2.
