Debit card — PIN NO. of my debit card

I have recently opened an salary account with AXIS bank. I had received the Debit card and its PIN No, bu i was unable to use the ATM card for a period of more than 1 month, It seems as if my ATM card is blocked. Pl advice what needs to be done for further transactions
