Activating and unlocking the new debit card
Since I am in abroad my savings bank debit card has been received on my abroad address. I went to activiate on line. Inserted all currectr details such as date of birth, expiry date but it would not accept. Tried three times and it got blocked. Is there any way to call customer services rep. and unblock other than your IVR system, which is very annoying. Why dont you make a online provision to unlock the cards like other banks (Canara Bank).

False commitment of reward points for selling products

I have taken Axis Bank Titanium Rewards Debit card by paying extra charges in April 2012. As given on their website and also commited by their executive i am eligible for reward points for my debit card shopping transactions. Till date i have not been credited even single reward point in my account. I have given several complaints, critical priority requests to bank but none of it have been resolved nor do they have bothered to call back and update. My account number with Axis Bank is [protected]. Request you to take strict and corrective action against Axis Bank.

i would like to share for the related information to you...
kindly you have to inform/contact the related bank customer care, then you make a request to block your card.this is the best way for this process.
In worst case, you have to go directly for the related bank on any branch and inform to the Bank manager/Senior officers.sure they will help you..
Note:please do the any of the above process...dont delay...!!!

I registered a complaint in customer care. They provide me the dispute number 319948. (Total amount=1660)Actually,I did shopping in one textile shop. They swiped my debit card twice but due to some error,they cancelled. When i checked account statement,the amount got debited twice in my account but it is not credited in their account(textile shop). Please help me to get my amount back and do needful to debit my amount back as soon as possible
My card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 5239.Am working so i dont have time to go to bank and register the dispute number(complaint)

I used my Debit Card no.[protected] at about 01 pm on 02nd April, 2010, to withdraw Rs.12000/- through ATM located at Central Bank, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, but the power failed while transacting, no transaction could therefore complete. I therefore tried again and received Rs. 12000/- this time. But to my dismay, Rs. 12000/- is debited to my account twice where as I COULD RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 12000/- ONLY ONCE.
I therefore request to please arrange to investigate into the matter and arrange the credit of balance amount of Rs. 12000/- to my account no. [protected] at your earliest and oblige.
Needless to mention that the matter was communicated by the concerned Bank to your Fax no[protected] on 03 rd April 2010 itself, and also one reminder on 17th April.

My card is blocked due to cheque bouncing problem when I visit your branch they told me that your card is blocked due to cheque bouncing problem. My next EMI date is 5th FEb10. So plz open my freez card that I can give my next EMI on 5th Feb10.

Card Blocked
I had received my new International Debit card & Pin No for : [protected] @ 2 months back.
My ICICI Bank Account No is '[protected]'.
As I was out of station; I couldn't activate this debit card.
Now , when I gone to ATM ; Message comes : The Card is Blocked.
Also I can't use its reference for 'Third Party Funds Transfer'
Please arrange to remove the 'block' and enable me to clear the transactions.
Please treat this very urgent.

debit card not yet received
I have a savings account in the ICICI Bank,vivekvihar,delhi with name-Rajat sharma and account no.[protected] , cust ID[protected]. It has been so long that my account is created but till date i have not recieved my atm card. I went to the respacted branch two times and told them my plroblem and filled the blue form also and submited the requierd papers but still they have not take any action and not i am very anoid from the service.

I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transaction each of Rs.1900/- from ICICI (dlf Phase -5 Branch, Gurgaon,Haryana(Delhi)) ON 10th Dec 2009, Yesterday at16:56pm. Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from same atm) after that it showed Only 66 rs. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this...

mistakes in withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- from ICICI bank ATM
R/Sir,
I, the undersigned is a customer of your Civil Lines Branch Nagpur. I am using ATM cards regularly since 2003. Yesterday on 30/11/2009 around 6 pm while withdrawing the Rs. 5000/- cash from your ICICI ATM Machine at NKY Tower Ajani, Nagpur , the message is displayed on the screen as “Network Problem” and no money came out from the machine. After 5 minutes I have checked my balance amount from mini statement, the entry of cash withdraw is mention and balance amount was less by Rs 5000/-. It shows that the by mistake the amount is deducted from my saving account no[protected]. The same complaint is noted at the complaint register at ATM station NKY Tower Nagpur as well as to security. I was try to book the complaint on customer care phone No [protected] but its IVRS system there was no option of such complaints. I have given the compliant in writing to your Civil Linens, Nagpur Branch office on today 1/12/2009. At the same time same thing is happened with other customer in second ATM machine. He also loose his Rs. 200/-.

Debit card — Mistake in Account
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that my sister have A/c with your bank and her A/c No. is [protected]. On 2nd April 2009 she has done transition thru SBI bank (Erandwana Branch) of Rs. 3000/- in Pune, but she has not got the amount her transition is failed. When next day she has taken her mini statement she become shocked because Rs. 3000/- has been deducted from her account against suspense account.
She has already lodge a complain in your branch, her complain number is : PUN009467.
It is humble request to you please check her 2nd April transaction and transfer her amount to her account at your earliest.
