[Resolved]  Debit card — Card Blocked

I had received my new International Debit card & Pin No for : [protected] @ 2 months back.

My ICICI Bank Account No is '[protected]'.

As I was out of station; I couldn't activate this debit card.
Now , when I gone to ATM ; Message comes : The Card is Blocked.
Also I can't use its reference for 'Third Party Funds Transfer'

Please arrange to remove the 'block' and enable me to clear the transactions.

Please treat this very urgent.
