we should all join hands for legal action against this master fraudster without delay.i am ready for any steps like collating the list of such agreements, project and location wise and move the appropriate civil authorities for initiating legal proceedings.a few o[censored]s should meet and chart out an Action Plan, including raising common funds, collecting copies of the money receipts and agreements to be sent by, say, fax or otherwise, at the earliest.
