[Resolved] Deep Enterprises Pune Aquaguard Servicing — Not attending service calls as per the AMC done | |
My complaint is against Deep Enterprises who said they are the franchisee for Aquagaurd water purifier. We made an AMC for 2 years with by paying 1500/- in cash for which we received a bill. The machine is not working and they said the PCB needs to be changed and is covered under the AMC. I have been following up with them for 1 and half months now without any luck. Their contact nos are [protected] and [protected] contact person Nitin and Deepak respectively. The first number does not respond at all and the 2nd one Deepak picks up and poses as an assistant and does give vague answers. The address on the bill is also not tracable. Please let me know on the procedure to lodge a formal complaint and get a solution. I would be obliged if I can get your Pune centre contact details to take up the matter further. I have paid Rs1450/- on 2nd Feb 2008 as a two year maintenance for my Aquagaurad. While taking money Deepak has said 3 times cleaning per year and 1 time candle changing per year. After that nobody turned up. When I tried calling numbers given in the receipt; surprisingly all numbers are does not exists. [[protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]].
Please be cautious with these companies. Even I would like to file a complaint and get some compensation.

Even I have the same complaint...I have one year servicing contract with them and they have not turned up for the second servicing as per the contract. I have paid 1150 on 16 August 2010 for one year AMC. These guys are the same but this time their numbers are different...Deepak - [protected], Ganesh - [protected] and Nitin - [protected]
I have paid Rs. 3450 for 4 year contract and these basturds did not recieving the call or giving service. They have not provided the bill yet, its already 6 month cross. I paid it through check. And they are not telling the address of the company. Seriously I am going to lodge a complain against this company.
