[Resolved]  Delhi Cab-Orix India[protected] — Bad Services

I want to highlight my bad experience with Delhi Cab[protected] . I booked a cab yesterday (12 april) afternoon for today morning at 8.30 from Mayur Vihar to Okhla. The call center person confirmed the booking and gave me the booking number AGA15440. I did not receive any sms till 8 am today morning for the cab details. So I called up to check the status, I was told that I would receive sms shortly. I waited till 8.25am but did not receive any sms or any call for the details. So I had to call up again at 8.30am. A guy picked up the phone and put me on hold when I told him the booking number. He kept me on hold for long time. Finally we called again at 8.40am to check if the cab is coming or not. A girl picked the phone and said that there was some breakdown, so they are sending another cab after 30 min.
We have been booking cabs with Megacab & Easycab for a long time, but have never faced any such issues. The cab always comes half an hour before the scheduled time. We have booked this Delhi cab for the first time and had a very bad experience. There was no professionalism as nobody even called or sent a sms to update the status. Whenever we called we were put on hold for more than 10 min, which is simply not acceptable. My husband, for whom I booked the cab, almost missed an important meeting. Eventually he was forced to take a cab from nearby taxistand and rushed to the meeting venue. He could barely managed to reach the venue in time. All this inconvenience was caused due to absolutely unprofessional and pathetic services offered by Delhi Cab.

Just read another complaint, you will find more unprofessional service of ORIX DELHI CAB @ 44333222
Yes, they are actually cheating people with wrong information and their driver's dont know how to talk to customer
Hi,

This is a complaint and clarification required from Kolkata Cab (ORIX) for the unprofessional services and further inconvenience created to the customers.

I had received the confirmation regarding my CAB booking done on 3rd June’11, 08:10 PM with the below details:

Booking id – CXA14745
Pickup time : 1830hrs (06:30 PM)
Pickup date : 5th June’11
Pickup point : New Town, Rajarhat (Kolkata)
Drop point : Sealdah Station


After the above confirmation also I dint not receive any SMS intimation from Kolkata cab of the Vechile and Driver detail till 06:30 PM on 5th June.
Hence I called up the call centre[protected] at 6:33 PM and to my surprise the agent told he would call me back within 2 minutes as he had no details.
The call back did never happen, so I again called up at 06:41 PM. They told me that my booking has to be cancelled as they don’t have Cabs.
I asked him to hand over the call to his supervisor, upon which that person told me that as there is no Cab in NewTown area they can’t send the Cab.
When I shouted back after a while he told me that the cab would be sent around 07:30PM against my confirmed booking of 06:30 PM.

I asked them how they could do this without any intimation to me, even there was no SMS sent to me nor a call to intimate the cancellation or changes..
To which he told me that they have sent the SMS and I should I received by now, during our conversation itself they sent me the SMS ay 06:44PM with below details.
(The person also told me that there was some problem with the driver etc. )

SMS details : “ Thank you for choosing KolkataCab. Your Cab details are: CabNo : WB04D – 1957 Mob: [protected] etc”

I kept the agent on hold and took the Cab driver on conference, the driver told me a different story that, he was informed just now against to what the agent had told that there was some problem with the cab.
There was no explanation from the agent to this lie. I disconnected the phone in disgust.

To my surprise further, the driver even did not turn up even after this incident nor any call was there.

How is such CAB services managed and inconvenience created to customers, even after confirmation during booking how could you cancel some ones booking without even intimating the customer ???

People are missing their flights and trains and you are making fool of the customers ???

I have been using Kolkata cab (ORIX)many times and ORIX in other cities as well, I will ask all the people not to use ORIX ever.


YOU guys are unprofessional and shameless creatures !!!
