[Resolved]  Delhi Cab-Orix India[protected] — Cheating Outstation Passengers

We have travelled through Delhi Cab Taxi No DL1RX-8040 on 1/5/10 at 18:05 from Clarks Inn Ring Road Lajpat Nagar Delhi to New Delhi Railway Station (Pahargunj side). We have to catch our train Rajdhani Exp. at 19:30 & according to the delhi traffic we have started well in time. But to the strange, it took total 1.5 hour & he dropped us at 19:23 at the destination with total 16.4 km of running. The driver was not awared about the routes of Delhi and he moved us to here & there too many time. 3-4 times he asked others for the route on the road. He charged Rs. 250/- with printed bill. We were in hurry so that we have to pay the amount at that time. (according to the distance it should be 11km * 15/- = 165/- only)
However we had used another taxi from the same company just one day ago from same location to the same hotel at night time (11:00) & it was total 11 km run & charges was Rs. 215/- (incl. 25% extra fare i.e. 20/- per km!!!). Is 25% extra on Rs. 15/- comes to Rs. 20/- ??
That means if somebody comes from outside Delhi, should all DELHI CABS are cheating this way.
Who is responsible for the overcharging of Rs. 250-165 = 85/- on 1/-5-10; no reply recd. till date from the online complaint logged at the ORIX DELHI CAB website.
