[Resolved] Delhi Govt. Dispensary — internet is not proper working

Sir/ Madam, Our internet connection is not working properly or when it work it is very slow. Our telephone no is 28331447 and it is instaled at Delhi Govt. dear sir, i am trying to fill up online marriage registration form from 15 days . Its not working. Giving messege Error on page. if we go manuallly date has been given after one n half month.If govt officials are giving service in such a manner, why govt expect from common layman to co-operate for marriage, death, birth registration.

Even already marrige has took place these people asking bribes for 6, 000 to 10, 000 rs. Online registration site is purposely stopped to earn money. I contacted every contact no given on site n also wrote mails but invain..even i called up marriage registrar of saket but he is also saying that work is not in our scope .If it's not within DC officials scope then it should come within public scope? I am surprised now pay scale of Govt employees have been raised then why they r not giving service upto that scale. if action is not taken i am going to complain to Rahul gandh.
