[Resolved] Delhi Govt. Dispensary — Poor Management

Sir/Mam,
I visited the Delhi govt. Dispensary situated at Sultauri B-Block new Delhi-110086 Yesterday, at 9.00 am and till 10.30 am, there was no staff available neither a person to issue a 'purchi'.
No inquiry counter was opened, the doctors and employees were not answering anything, they were doing very rude language. very Dirty place and During the period of this Covid-19, there was a crowd gathering in one place.

Sir we have done RT PCR test at Shalimar Bagh AC 1 Block Dispensary North West District New Delhi on 24th Nov at 10.40 AM and the duty staff told collect your report after 48 hours I.e. after 26.11. We went at Dispencry on 27th and today also on 28th but we have been told that sorry reports are not yet received. Due to non availability of report the patient condition detroiatrd and now on today admitted in ICU. And conditions is very critical. GOD will save now only. Pls look into the matter and initiate action against concerned staff immediately
