[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — BILLING WITHOUT METER READING

I am a consumer of Delhi Jal Board Details of my water connection are as under :-
Area :- 4/EZ-2, Sub Area code:- A-15, Water Connection no.:-97607
Bills Cycle:- 1). 7/2008 2).10/2008, 3). 1/2009
Bills periods :- 31/01/2008 to 18/06/2008, 19/06/2008 to 23/08/2008, 24/08/2008 to 31/12/2008.
Bills No. : 12338 dt. 25/07/2008, 70943 dt. 16/10/2008, 136758 dt. 13/01/2009.
THESE BILLS ARE SENT WITH A REMARK "DEFECTIVE AND PROVISIONAL AVERAGE BILL" BUT OUR METER IS WORKING PROPERLY AND SHOWS READING PROPERLY, AFTER MY SEVERAL COMPLAINTS DELHI JAL BOARD DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST IT, MY ONLINE COMPLAINT NO. IS W00001121 DATED 28/05/2009. THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEND FRESH BILLS AS PER OUR METER READING AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I complety agree with your complain.Even I am having the same problem.I complained online twice abot the billing problem of DJB (Bills not received since last two years) and sent a complain to CM Delhi also on Delhi Govt.Grievances Registration. I think they hardly check the complains made on-line. The e-governance of CM Sheila Dixit is a total failure. CM is concerned about commonwealth games and beautification of delhi ( at the cost of citizen's money and taxes) which is not bad, but the citizens are totally ignored.
respected sir, i had recieved my bill dated 18/6/2009 bill no. is 13226, area 2/cz-2, water connection no. -35624, non domestic-2.addressed at 2830/18 beadon pura, karol bagh, new delhi.my bill amounted to rs.24479. which was a surprisae to see. basically my reading on 15/7/2008 was 1300units and on 17/2/2009 it was 1416 that means it is for a period of 7 months average reading per month is 16.57 units.and the current billreading is 1750 units i.e for the period 17/2/2009 to 26/5/2009 is 334 units that maens 105 units for one month which is impossible, again we rechecked the meter by ourself on 2/7/2009 it was 1780 units i.e again 20units per month this shows that the meter is not in the right position so i request you to check the meter and allow us to make the payments on behalf of the last bills, which is wrritten on the back side of your bill in informzation coloum no. 12 . i shall be grate ful so that you sort out my problem as early as possible otherwise i have to take matter to the higher authorities, waiting for a affermative and helpful response from your side

e-governance — CM Website

The website of Chief Minister has facility of lodging complaint. But now the complaint page is not being displayed and some errors comes. So, how can the Delhi people lodge their complaint on website.

Broking pipe line during road repairing...

We are living in S-85-E, Sunder Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-92, there is work in process for road repairing, during the road repairing our and some neighbour's water pipe line is broken thatswhy water supply is stop.
So please sir, as soon as possible repair the broken water pipe line.
