[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — Excessive Billing on pretext of faulty meter

Sir,
I am getting the water bill on an average calculated amount on the pretext of faulty meter.
I am a senior citizen and request you to please change the meter of your own and raise the bill to me. This shall save the time and other resourses.
