DTC — Not stopping the bus on the stand

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a regular passenger of a DTC bus that is plying on route no. 990 from Rithala till Shivaji Stadium. Both the driver and conducter use abusive language with the passengers. The driver opens the doors as and when he likes to and does not stop the bus on the stop. This is a public transport and not his private property. Kindly take a serious action against him.

I am Durga singh and i am doing pvt. job i daily make up down from KHAJURI KHAS to SANJAY GANDHI TPT NAGAR.
today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P C1293, ROUTE NO. 165 I am so disappintoted the behaviour of DRIVER even he using abuse language, he is not stopping bus at KHAJURI KHAS.
the incident take place over KHAJURI KHAS the above mentions bus and DRIVER stop the bus at BHAJANPURA STAND/,
that bus was NORMAL DTC. (minimum FARE 5 Rs) the ticket no (61481/ 052)
i just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of DRIVER who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with ME

mein 11.10.12 kareeb 9.24 minute par R. k. puram sector - 1 bus tand par khade this. mujhe kalkaji jana that tabhi 511 no. ki bus ayeie meine stand say hi bus ko rokne ka ishara kiya lekin bus bus stand par nahi ruki driver ne hath say bus rokne ke liye mana kiya. us bas ka no. hai DLIP 7472.
