[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Department — Non service of DTC bus at route No. 611 & 398

Hi,

Its seems that the list of compaint is huge & I dont think any action is being taken or any body is at responding to these complaints.

The drivers of Low Floor buses are very arrogant, they feel they not only have the control of the gates of the buses rather the control to do to whatever they want to.

They donot respect any passenger, weather a lady, a senior citizen or any one, they will stop or not as per their MOOD no rule is follwed, at time they will stop the bus 1km beforre the stop & at times 1km after, ladies keep running to get into the bus they may slow down but not stop. & MOST OF THE TIMES THEY WILL NOT OPEN THE GATES HOWEVER HARD YOU KNOCK.. THEY ARE DEAF ALSO.

& ON TOP OF ALL I want to know who is has given them the authority to cut the routes???

Route no34 which is suppose to be a bus from Noida to Mehrauli & back, is at times concluding at Baderpur border, other times at Sarita Vihar. Passenegrs have to pay so much extra.

Can you please suggest me the right person to contact to.. for us to raise our voice against these silly arrogant fools sitting on driver seats accompained by yet follish conductors??

DTC bus route No. 847 ( 5.50 am trip missing many time )
I am working in seelam pur, since last 10 year we are facing a very big transportation problem from uttam nager. The DTC Route No.847 buses was ABSENT in the moring time ( missing 5.50 am trip many time from uttam nager dept. ) which results all the the pesenge not reach school / office in time...You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful to ply 847 bus should be regular .If you'll solve our problem, we wil'll very thankful to you of all 847 pessenger / teacher /student
we are also great full if you change blue line to DTC BUS because blue line bus conssumed 2 hours from uttam nager to seelam pur .

The passenger awaited 1/2 hour in the morning but no buses come in time After several complaints to the DTC complaints cell (the latest complaint no is 4922/22) there is no action has been taken till date to solve this problem. The depot inchrage is also not doing anything to divert other route buses in this route. He doesn't bother to hear the commuters’ complaints. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful salutation.

Sir Route No. 764 Bus No. C0956 Low Floor Time Around 7.45 a.m. Date[protected] Dwarka Sector 2 Ke Stand Par Nahi Roki Gayi. Yah pahli bar nahi hai jab aisa hua hai roj aisa hi hota hai. Kyonki Private Bus Operator DTC ke Driver aur Conductor ko 50-50 Rupyee detein hain aur bus ko stand par na rokne ko kahtein hain.
Date[protected] Route No. 764 Low Flow DTC Bus Time around 9.10 Beri Sarai, Munirika, Vasant Vihar, Priya Cenema, Palam Airport Ke Stand Par Nahi Gayi. Bus Driver Bus Ko Flyover Ke raste le gaya private bus staff ke kahne par.
Yah sab kab tak chalta rahega.

I am the resident of suraj kund crossing delhi. Since last one an half month i am facing the problem of tranportation from this route.Daily in morning i waited appoximetely 1 hour for dtc bus and after one hour when bus camed with full of overloaded pessengers as i am student in noida sector 10 so cant attend my classes properly.You are requested to kindly look into the maater and do need ful solution.

sir rout no. 114-gramin mudrica- kya shyam ko 7:30 se 9 baje ke beech nahin chalti hain. kal[protected] ko main DEPALI CHOWK bas stant par QUTABGARH jane ke liye khara tha main 7:30 se 9 baje tak vahan khada raha par 1 bhi 114 - gms nahin aayi pls. aap in routon ki bason ko syam ke waqt jyada se jyada chalayen. taki log samay par ghar jasaken.

The Route No. 534 has No stop between Sarai kale Khan and taimoor Ngar.
And the distance between these location around four kelomiters.In this time at Maharani bag newely bus stop is available but there is no stopage of route no.534 Why?

Please I request You see the above things and give the permission for stop of route no 534 at this location.

Dear, sir initially you had provided two AC Buses on rought No 910 and both the buses were taking sufficient load.
suggeanly, two our dismay you have withdrawn one AC Bus wihich has givan rise to discomfort to the commuters kindlly restore the service

This is to inform you that dtc but route no. D3 (from East of Kailash to St. Anthony School) not reaching the stop according to time. Before summer vacations we had face the same problem and after summer vacation of first working day in school not reaches the bus in time. We are very hardship for children as well as parents. You are requested to kindly keep the proper management and help us.

Sir, I think the DTC is commited to better service to the commuters is on papers and infront of media..I was waiting at Seikh Sarai Bus stop on 16.08.10 for AC bus to Patparganj. at around 12.40pm a AC buses No. DL 1P 8747 came but the bus did not stop despite i was showed my hand repetedly to stop. I was completely drenched in the rain at that time... I never except these kind of service from DTC before CWG...this is not the first time this happened with me, there are several occactions, if there is rain DTC buses hardly boathered to stop at the bus stop...kindly look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

DTC SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND DTC BUSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM NATHUPURA TO CAMP IN PEAK HOURS (7.30 AM TO 9.00 AM & 8.00 PM TO 10 PM) AND THERE IS NO PROPER BUS STAND IN THE CAMP (CAMP TO AZADPUR ROUTE). TODAY(19 AUG'10) DTC TMS DL1PC-0203 IS NOT STOPPED AT KINGSWAY CAMP AT 8.30 AM. NO BODY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME AND ON THE DTC COMPLAINT CELL, DTC STAFF NEVER BOTHER PICKS THE PHONE.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL.

I am working in Okhla Phase -I, Last one month, i am facing transport problme their is no Bus route from maya puri to central Workshop -II okhla, and no bus from Tekhand depot. its a very difficult to come and returne daily.

I am resident of RR Colony, Delhi Cantt. My bus stop is RR Line (falls between Dhaula Kuan & Naraina) on ring road. I had complained earlier on 09.08.2010 where bus No DL 1 PC 7292 (Route No 567) did not stop at RR Line at around 10 P.M. and my son travelling in it was made to get down at Dhaula Kuan. He had to walk on foot for around two Kms back at night. Whereas he was standing at front door and requeseted the driver repeatedly to stop the bus at RR Line. I am not aware whether any action against the driver was taken or not for knowing not stopping the bus at RR Line. It is a stop particularly of defence personal and their families residing around. Drivers of low floor buses generally ignore pick up of passenger(s) standing there even beyond showing signal to stop with hand. May I know the reason as to why most of the drivers of low floor buses ignore stopping at RR Line? I would also request the authority concerned to take cognizance and issue suitable instructions to the drivers to do stop bus at RR Line. Hoping for an immediate action.

DEAR SIR,
We are the students of south campus area colleges are so tired to write so many letters to every concerned department to re-operate bus services of bus routes nos 611 dhaula kuan to mayur vihar 3, 507 dhaula kuan to okhla village, 629 khyala village to mehrauli. the bus route via south campus has withdrawn since new low floor buses deployed on these routes. not only nine thousands students of six colleges of the campus area but nearby colonies residents have a lot of problems due to lack of buses for the last five months. i don't know why dtc officials doing so because when standard buses of dtc can ply via south campus for the last 20 years then why low floor buses are disrupted. we only demands to operate buses only one side of this two carrigeway from dhaula kuan side because buses are not operating here from both sides of this road.the stretch of this benito juarez marg is of 3.5kms.
