[Resolved] Delta Mobile — Mobile is full faulty | |
dear sir, i have purchase one mobile set from homeshop 18 .Product name is Delta Mobile. when i receive that mobile i found it is full faulty & not working proper. I also made cash payment against delivery ( rs. 4499/-).It is also 1 year under warrenty.I also called them but noboby is giving any response .Also made SMS then they reply "we will call u back" but they di'nt call.i also have all the document regading that I dont know what to do. i wanted to refund my money or exchange the handset.Plz stop this channels like homeshop18 because no body will get cheated in future. Bought a new NOKIA C5 from OM Mobile centre Margao- Goa, 15 days old, made only 7 local & 1 international call. it automatically became dead .
After showing to dealer he promised to replace with a new set, he directed me to show Nokia Care-Margao before replacing.but Nokia Care could do anything, they said it has to be sent to delhi.I went back & explain the problem to the dealer in which they refuse to replace the handset, then i said to them i'll complain to consumer forum in which they told me to me complain.
How can they cheat customer by selling faulty and duplicate handset, which i came to know is made in China.
They should either replace or refund the cost.

I also agree with this complaint because I have also purchase Delta Q20 mobile the tuch screen has been demage no one response on website email and contact numbers regarding service centre in india if possible pl let us regarding the service centres of Delta mobile phones at delhi, NCR at my email address [protected]@yahoo.com

I have purchased the same product the product is not good as they are showing the phone is geting hot after opening any application for 5 min. and it is smelling like a buring of any electical item due to short circuit. i made the complain no body is listining.the home shop 18 is cheating every one. this channel should ban.now it is totaly dead its not opening nieter working I do say my Rs.4499/- have gone Now I am thinking to do a case agianst the channel & this company or they will give me back my money
