[Resolved]  Demat — Address updation

ICICI is loosing their values day by day. I have requested for change of address. As per the policy I have filled the form submitted xerx copy of residentail proof and xerox copy of Pan card. The new address mentioned by is the same as in the residential address proof. There WROST team updated the address on their own. Split of land mark merged with location nane. remaininf piece of land marked with locality name. Spell mystakes. They broken-up my address and arranged on their own. I wrote a e-mail to all concerned to correct with ''cç'to credi cards, prulife and banking. And requested to help Demat section for the updation of residential proof. In all other places (Bank, Credit card, Prulife policies) are having the same residentail address. Where as I could not able to change DEMAT at that time. Even i have requested them to ref other places about my address and updated in the same way it is laying in other records. It is very clear that ICICI team is not at all functioning on the cutomers expectations. Since 4 days there is no responce from any corner. Using un-standard staff to execute the works. Readers please suggest what to do these people?. Please refer the attached snapshot for your reference.
