dear sir/madam i hereby want to register a official complaint about dena bank,anand branch,city : anand,state : gujarat regarding providing vary lower class system of atm machines to his customers.....particular bank's atm machines are not working 3-4 days in a week and if they found working,they carries low connectivity so we found problem everytime whenever we go to withdraw money......atm machines are located at two diffrent places....one is located at anand vidyanagar road,and second one is located at dena bank,nehru road branch,anand... I hereby want to inform you that in anand vidyanagar road ATM machine has been closed for 3-4 days and in this 21 st century if your Networking is this much poor then you should close your ATM center so that your customers can't be in trouble.
