[Resolved]  Dena Bank — amazon refund amount not received

Due to lockdown in india regarding covid-19, amazon cancelled all non essential products. My product was cancelled on 30th march 2020. The amount is rs. 24, 850/- i ordered my product with debit card. It's been more then 10 business days but i did not received the amount to my dena account please help.

I contacted Amazon customer service they told me the refund is initiated. Thus I tried contacating Dena Bank Customer service but it didn't help me with my problem hence I haven't received my amount

It's been a while I got an email from Dena Bank customer service and asked for my contact number but after that there is no reply from them I even tried to reply on their email but no answer. There customer service is not helpful I asked contacted them on the customer service number[protected] and asked them regarding my problem with payment as I haven't got and it's been 15 days now they I told them about the reference number given by amazon so they can track my transaction regarding my refund but they told me to directly visit the bank so I went to the bank branch and gave them the refund reference number but they said we don't do that and should ask amazon about this hence the bank is completely irresponsible, if nothing is solved and I do not get my refund amount I might have to take some legal actions regarding this to the consumer court
