hi there,1 month before i order this hair removing machine by watching it add on CCTV.I paid 3000 for this useless machine.first time when i use this product its really damage my skin.its damage so badly that i have to go to a docter.
next day i call them but they refuse to refund my money and stared giving me stupid and nonsense excuses.
after some day i found there is 1 more lady who went thwough all this.
i only wanted to say that plz plz plz dont make urself fool like me by byuing this product.i also wanted to request u all plz support me and make this fraud company to be closed as soon as possible

You have not bought this machine or product from televantage.. The approximate amount indicates you are a victim of piracy from company like: DermaSeta (Body Care) | shopperparadize.com or home shopping india. The company is master in duplicate products and sells the duplicate products at lesser cost. Otherwise the product works great...buy original is the mantra buying duplicate products will not help and will lead to waste of time and hard earned money.

Please be careful of bogus companies selling fake products with the same brand name Dermaseta. Be sure to buy it only from TeleVantage. i was recently a victim of one such company.

3 Reasons I disagree with you.. The product you bought from is from the following company links: http://www.shoppinghomeindia.com/health-fitness-equipments/derma-seta.php or http://www.shopperparadize.com/home-kitchen-equipments/ultrasonic-portable-washi...⇄ ... Both of these companies are run from Rohini sector 9 and they are master in fake products no wonder to save your rs. 500 you today have lost rs. 3000. Unfortunately people like you get robbed by such companies and than this happens. Few tips about the derma seta original pack...
1. Instructional manual
2. DVD which gives you do's and don't and this is a very important fact
3. With the original product you get free boby buffer. Which you are supposed to use immediately after the derma seta spa hair remover attachment.
4. Pads are supposed to be changed every 7 days.
5. never buy these cheap products from internet companies or companies offering you the discounted product. If the product was good enough to give you the discount than you would get it from the original creator of the product and not other companies.
6. The pads you have to buy and if you would have bought the product from the original company you would not face such problem...

FINALLY PLZ PLZ PLZ DO NOT BUY DUPLICATE Products always buy original product. Such of the international customer from UAE are also victims of these companies since they buy duplicate products from these companies.

PLZ STOP PIRACY and BUYING CHEAP PRODUCTS...

Just to confirm the original product is only aired on reputed channels like ZEE, STAR, B4U... CCTV is not even a regional channel what were you expecting. The cost of the original product is 3490 and not 3000 or any lesser.. Be careful next time when you watch these adds on the local channels.
