[Resolved]  Desai Homes — Delay in completion

Desai Homes stated handing over in Tower no: 1 to Tower no:4 on priority basis.

I also have flat in tower 6; no information on when they plan to complete. The treatment given by their staff is pathetic, will disconnect your lie, speak to you in irreverent and profane language. Their customer care manager Binu and Director Sanju Shenoy are also the same kind, avoiding my calls including the one I made today to Sanju. They give false promises of call back which they never fulfil.
. I have already sent a registered notice and was planning to take up legally both criminal and civil.
Can we all join together and take up a case for resolution. We can use medium like Face book and Orkut for the same.

I fully agree with your openion.we can joined together.I tried to get my all colleges who is inveted in the same projects.
