[Resolved] Dewan Holidays — poor food quality

very poor food quality is what i think this comapny can surely commit. i went on a 10 nights and 11 days trip to australia with them. every morning i used to wake up with a hop[e that their food quality would be better today. this is how miserable their food quality was. rather than enjoyin my time with my late husband there, the only memory i am left with is the dreadful experience i had on that trip. service is a totally diff issue (which i think is totally out of their control), they were not even able to take care of the basic necessity for us. I wish i had taken some other agency to travel that last trip with my husband. PLEASE DONT EVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID coz, not everybody gets a chance to undo their mistakes. their food quality and services are disgusting.

hey there,
that absolutely rubbish
i have been travelling with dewan travels for a long time.
and i dont at all agree with this. last year i had taken a 14 day tour europe package. and i never regretted this decision but in fact i happy that i chose dewans. there was no problem with the food quality. in fact it can be rated as the best i had ever taken.
even two years ago i had opted for 8 day tour in australia with the dewans and i found not even a single minute problem.
frankly speaking, i will continue opting for dewans tour packages.
