Dewan Holidays is an incompetent, rude and fraudulent travel agent. Beware!

The facts: 3 o[censored]s – me and my parents had booked an ex-Lucknow Kailash Mansarovar trip by helicopter from 11th to 19th June 2011, for a total amount of Rs. 315,000 (Rs.105,000*3). We reached on our own expense to Lucknow, where we were picked up by a taxi to Nepalgunj (Nepal) arranged by Dewan Holidays. We were supposed to take onward flights from Nepalgunj. poor food quality

very poor food quality is what i think this comapny can surely commit.

i went on a 10 nights and 11 days trip to australia with them. every morning i used to wake up with a hop[e that their food quality would be better today. this is how miserable their food quality was. rather than enjoyin my time with my late husband there, the only memory i am left with is the dreadful experience i had on that trip.

zero commitment

hello everyone this is kishan,

i had taken a travel package for EUROPE from Dewan holidays, the commitments made by them were not met by them at all.
there service structure is as old as their name. somebody needs to tell them that days of dewans are over, they need to get a lot more professional and understand the need of their clients.

Useless sub agency offers

Hi All,

Dewan Holidays is offering a deal to becom a sub agent and do the business with them. This is really a useless offer. They will not provide you the website or the services as promised at the time of agrement.
They will just provide you a useless, non-operational and non-profitable website after you pay them around 20000.
It will not fetch any business for you.. so please be aware and dont sign any deal...
