Hello,
Yesterday,on 12th August,while i was withdrawing a sum of Rs.200/- from Dhanyalaksmi ATM bank at Uppal,Hyderabad,immediately power went off,and all the system went down,my money got stuck at the ATM,lost 200 bucks.
Back up power supply was not available.

Dhanalakshmi — Refund still not credit

The above credit card I have used last 6 months and I inform to you, I have done good transaction for the last six month.
I have cancelled the railway ticket on April’30th 2011 - (Chennai to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to Chennai - Refund Value Rs.1962/- - Other reference (MID: [protected]; TID: 44080507; B.NO.004989; R.N.000136). The above cancellation acknowledgement copy, I have attached for your reference.
Still it will not credit in my credit card account. But you have charged Interest only. And I have enquired with railway department, they said, the above cancellation of Rs.1962/- credited to your credit card a/c on same cancellation day.
I have enquired with customer care of Citi Bank (Credit Card section), your customer care person informed me, the above said refund amount not yet come.
Please verify and credit the amount in my credit card account. And you have already charged interest regarding this. I want that amount also refund.
