[Resolved]  Digitech — Laptop without OS and refused to accept their fault

Purchased a laptop, Dell Vostro 3500 from Digitech in Jayanagar 4th Block. From the moment we asked for it they were desperate to sell somehow something to us.
1.The stock was very less, no specifications were being displayed to any of the items and they were all jabbering about what is there inside it like they had opened every one of them an put itr on sale.

2. We chose the Vostro 3500 and opted for a Black colour which was not there and they told us to wait for 30mins that eventually turned out to be 150 mins of agony.

3. They readily asked us for an advance.I used card and they did'nt even asked before getting the whole amount.

4. After 2 and a half hours later they came with a Red one like they cant even see the description printed outside the sealed box. After so much loss of time and energy when we objected to it they said they will deliver it to our home the next day with a Silver coloured one.
This was not at all expected. I thought this was the last thing i have to suffer.

5. But the biggest shock was when the next day i tried to start it. There was no OS installed let alone Genuine Windows Basic/Home or anything.

6. Not even a Driver CD was inside. When i called them they said they will download it for me and "I have to go there" and bring it from them and all these after paying them everything at once.I felt dejected and cheated. I still dont know why i chose that shop at all.When i called them up they straight away said that Dell Vostro model doesnt come with Windows installed(!!!!???).

What is this?? Someone please advice what should i do because apart from my hard earned money's worth i feel like cheated.

I IMPORT SHIPMENT FROM HK SHIPMENT ARRIVED IN MUMBAI AND CLEARED IN CUSTOM THEY HANDOVER MY SHIPMENT TO BLUEDART COURIER I ASKED DHL OFFICER MS POOJA GHAG AND ASHWINI PATHAK AND THEIR SO MANY CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES BUT NO USE AFTER CALLING POOJA GHAG SAID I NEED TO TAKE AUTHORISED LETTER FOR PICK THIS GOODS BY SHIPPER BY EMAIL TO DO THIS. BUT I NOT UNDERSTAND THEY HOLD MY SHIPMENT IN PUNE IN TRANSIT TIME AND STILL MY SHIPMENT IN IN PUNE AFTER SO MANY CALLS THEY SAID POOJA IS NOT ON CHAIR SHE IS OUT FOR LUNCH ON HOLIDAY SHE WILL COME AFTERNOON I AM TIRED ABOUT GETTING MHY SHIPMENT I TOLD THEM YOU PLEASE DELIVER MY GOODS AS YOU WISH ON MY ADDRESS MENTIONED ON THIS SHIPMENT BY SHIPPER FOR THIS I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 10 TIMES BUT STILL MY PACKAGE IN PUNE NOW I AM VERY ANGRY NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO MY CUSTOMERS CALLING ME FOR DELIVERIES I AM VERY HELPLESS. FEW CUSTOMERS ARE IN OUR CITY FOR DELIVERY I RECEVIED THIS SHIPMENT LATELY FROM SHIPPER AFTER CHRRISTMAS HOLIDAY.

I HOPE I WILL GET THIS DELIVERY ASAP BY SUPPORT FROM DHL GREAT COMPANY IN THER WORLD TODAY AND THEIR CLEVER ASISTANCE POOJA.GHAG AND ASHWINI PATHAK MADAM.
