AWB 1224912975 package missing

I am extremely disappointed with the way how DHL has handled this shipment so far and, sadly this is not sorted out since past 3 days.

None of your agents have shown any accountability whenever I reached out to enquire the status, and I have been provided conflicting status updates by multiple people.

Though your web tracking will be showing the sequence of events, let me explain it from my side.

I have sent documents in size 1 envelope weighing less than 500 grams from UK to India. I have been billed additionally rupees5458 for customs clearance, storage charges and conversion rate of 1 GBP to INR= 107.35 as of 14/April/2024. The rate is not this high.

Customs charges are only INR 1879 and you can do the rest caclulations that DHL is pocketing themselves.

Charges includes, Surcharges, Fees and warehouse storage costs for 1 day.

This means the DHL team can physically verify the Size 1 envelope which is stored in their own warehouse and take photographs as evidence but because they want to pocket as much money as possible.

I will never use this service again.

Totally waste of time and money.

    The mail i received for refund from gst number - 33bcjpv8883l2zk (Dhl cargo movers and packers).
    Person name - rakesh ([protected]), surendra swami ([protected]) these two people have done fraud with me along with the company.
    Now they have blocked my number and today surendra swami has threatened to do bad to me if i ask for my refund and they will not process the refund.
    Mr. Rakesh continues saying the fraud statement as he is not in office or he will not refund my money.
    I have made the payment to mr. Sumer bhukar jhotda ([protected]), i have attached the screenshots of payment made

      My shipment ([protected]) from UK to India is still not delivered since 8 days.
      Still it is not cleared from Banglore. Daily they are asking so many additional requirements. It is only some documents and not any valued items.
      Because o[censored]rgency we use DHL instead of ordinary post.
      If I send it in ordinary post, it is supposed to be delivered before.

        I havenot ordered anything but got a parcel from Xpress bees and get paid to them -749rs, the parcel came from kakapic fashion but I didn't get any source from where it has ordered so I claim to know the source and return it and get my refund

            Bill of Entry incorrectly filed

            We imported a parcel from China. The supplier by mistake filed an incorrect invoice with DHL China. The Invoice included only the product price, but missed the courier cost.
            DHL India filed the Bill of Entry with this incorrect amount.
            Once we learnt of the mistake, we asked our chinese supplier to amend the invoice with courier cost included.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            This is regarding my household transportation material . I was sending my stuff to my old parents from Faridabad (Haryana) to Kanpur (Up) . I got this company through website and which is DHL . Company gave me a quotation of Rs. 20, 000 before loading and once they have loaded the stuff they have changed the quotation to Rs. 33, 900, even i have paid that amount . They have loaded the household stuff on 30th June 2023 and i was promised stuff to be delivered within 2 days (2nd july ) but my stuff got delivered after 9 days (8th July 2023) . I have faced lot of harassment, they abused me in these 9 days, they were not answering my calls . I really faced hard time because of this delivery . Delivery also carried some important documents which was supposed to use for my Neice interview which she was failed to attend on Tuesday and she lost the job beacuse of that ( 4th july 2023) . Also my bed, dining table and sofas were to reinstalled in kanpur in 1st floor for which i paid already, they have left that stuff in ground floor with my old parents, we have hired movers and packers services again to take that to the first floor and i have paid good amount for that as well . I need to be compassionate for this harassment, time and money loss .

              I had been sent a courier from Taylor & Francis USA 2 weeks back but as yet I have not yet received the same. The issue was that there was a small anomaly with the spelling in my AAdhar card and I had sent a declaration form in your website link provided for the same. But even after multiple submissions, my application got rejected and I am now really fed up with your tiresome process. What needs to be done for receiving the courier? else you can return back to the sender itself and I will ask them to send by another courier. I have not faced such an issue previously, the customer support is very poor and not helping me. I am an aged man 80 plus and do not wish to go for any legal proceedings. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  Not approving Airbnb receipt as a hotel booking receipt which has the complete address. And then I was asked to upload electrical bill and you know how the electrical bill looks like in India. It doesn't have complete address but it has sufficient details to see that both the address on delivery and shipping are same. Please help me in this regards. I have uploaded 5 times with no success. Every time they are rejecting my kyc. This is really not the way to deal with customers. If this is the case, I would never prefer DHL again in my life. You are supposed to ease the process and not hold things with you.

                    My oil cost is 26 Australian dollar and MRP is 175000 Indonesian Rupeeya and 950 Indian Rupess. But DHL takes 3000 Rs custom duty. In this they add 820 Rs Handling charges also. Why Handling charges when we already paid them 95 Australian dollar.

                        DHL Express India team is holding my laptop illegally (used laptop, purchased in India & couriered back to India from UK). They are demanding to pay customs duty, but they refuse to produce any proof of customs duty demanded by customs department or that the laptop is in possession of customs. DHL has my laptop and is trying to extort money from me in the name of customs duty.

                            My above shipment of two small insignificant paintings arrived in Delhi a month back. The concerned staff Ms Samiksha and Mr Shrikant did a terrible job of clearing from Customs at Delhi and gave some insane and unlawful custom duty working. The 12 percent Gst was charged as 28 percent. The duty came to more than double of the price of goods. I let them forfeit the good. The DHL staff did a terrible job. No phone call came from Samiksha and just cold rude emails. One she said goods are cleared but then changed the stance. She should be sacked immediately from the job.
