[Resolved]  DINING PLUS MUMBAI IN — ISSUED CARD WITHOUT CONFIRMING

Thanks, for putting my case under investigation, please put my case strongly bcoz its a cheating only done by dining plus. and i need rs 5499.00 to be revert /credit to my sbi card.

ONE THING IS THERE PLEASE MAKE THE VOICE CLEAR BCAZ WE ARE UNABLE TO HERE CLEARLY YOUR VOICE
AND BEFORE DOING THIS YOU HAVE TO CALL AT ONCE AND CHECK THE AMOUNT IN OUR CARD ALSO...
DEDUCTED FROM MY HDFC CREDIT CARD ON DATE 19/12/11.BASICLY CHEATED.
PLEASE REVERSE THE AMOUNT TO MY CARD.

I am Abhijeet, holding HDFC bank credit card, I got call from dining plus . They gave me some offers of rs. 5, 499/- That was absolutely free and same was confirmed with them. He somehow got my credit card details from me and said do not worry this offer is completely free. I thought is call from HDFC information source.
I receive statement and there are TWO transaction of rs.5499/- On dining plus, mumbai.

Dining plus is a fraud and i need to claim back my money from them.
