[Resolved] Dish TV — Auto Activating and renewing Packs which is not used or required | |||
I bought a new dish TV connection in December 2012 and so far have recharged twice for an instant recharge of Rs. 250 (total -500). I have requested the customer care over phone four times to change my monthly pack to SOUTH SILVER CRICKET of Rs.155/month from South Platinum(Free promo pack with Purchase for three months) . From April 2013 the Platinum pack is still continuing and getting auto renewed for both the recharge(400 per month). They gave me the following transition number once: My transition number is URD30/03/13R[protected]. But still it is not changed. Was this information helpful? | |||
