[Resolved] Dish TV — Only Fixed Dish and NO SETUP BOX | |||
Hi, My name is Bhupat Parmar. I recently bought new DISH TV connection. My customer token reference: 1876744 and VCC number : [protected]. They installed DISH TV and took setup box back along with them saying some issues in Setup box and didn't return yet after two days. When I call them sometimes they say Setup box is defective so we in process of replacing it and sometimes they say It is under activation. Everytime they say we will give in 2-4 hours but after two days of time they didn't return yet. I paid fully amount on very first day itself. I have a very bad experience with DISH TV. Their customer care is none sense whey I talk them they say only "Sorry". So right now I have a only DISH and NO SETUP box even after paying full amount. Thanks in advance.
