[Resolved] Dish TV — UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE OF CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEE | |
Dear Sir, I have a connection with VC # [protected] of DISH TV since July 2005. From the very begining there responses are unsatisfactory. If you speak some one for resolution of queries and after a short while you dial again at Toll Free # [protected] there is no record there, answer is you have not called earlier. More over they are not interested in listening one's problem instead speak of what they are told to by their Bosses hence question of resolution does not arise, even disconnect the line during ongoing conversation experienced by me on several occassions and recently it was only yesterday i.e 07.04.2009 when I was speaking with Mr. Alok. They can change your Plan at their own with out informing resulting in scrapping of few Channel. Overall there is no one to redress your complaint and Email id's of their Senior Executives is never disclosed, even of Mr. Subhash Goyal, CEO. Customer is left at the mercy of othe their Call Centre person, who never tries to understand the customer complaint one gets only stero typed replies from such persons. Myv.c no [protected] and my regd. mob no. [protected] andi not receive any recharge in my regd. mobile no but i call customer care representative but they not give any satisfactory reply.
