[Resolved] Dish TV — PACKAGE | |
I have taken gold package from Dish TV at Rs 180 including tax. Now they have increased rate of pacakge from 180 to 190 + TAX of this package. I do not want to pay more than 180. They are saying you will have to pay only 190 + Tax and if you want to downgrade your plan then you will have to pay additional 40 Rs. How you can increase package rate? Why you are taking changes for downgrading when customer has no fault? Was this information helpful? | |
