[Resolved]  Dish TV — Misusing of the subscription collected in advance

I got the DISH TV connection on 11.03.09 and at the time of installation I have selected Silver Pack which is Rs.99+tax.I have paid Rs1490/- towards STB and Rs.500 as subscription.With in 3 months I have to make lot of calls to Consumer centre to lodge the tech complaints such as "SIGNAL NOT FOUND", picture qulaity, sound etc.ON 03.6.09 while checking the accounts status it shows to renew the subcription on 23.6.09. While installing the DishTV my subsction expires only on 4.8.09.I dont know how it suddenly it will drop down to 2 months before the expiry.That means with out the knowledge of the customers they are playing a trick by adding all the paychannels which was not selected by me at all.Hence it is advaisable not to select the DISH TV inview of the aforesaid problems.
