[Resolved] Dish TV — Not getting proper signal | |
I, Sanjeev Sharma, having a Dish connection, vc no: [protected] but not satisfied right from the begnning, there are dealers only to sell scratch cards/collecting the money, but there is nobody to listen the complaints. We are not receiving qulity picture for last two months, while signal missing is a regular practice, we have spoken to the dealer to rectify it, but according to him it is not his job, even demands for money for the visit of his boy, whether he would be able to solve the problem or not. Please do something I have paid till Sep 2009, if it would not be sorted out I will throw the Dish TV antinna, My advise to the company is "Inspite of spending a huge amount on advertisement, better improve your services".
