[Resolved]  Dish TV — recharge chenal upgredation still not working

i have recharge my account no.[protected] on 21-09-09 at 5 p.m. frm gold pack to platinium pack upgreadition,at that time center said that it will upgread in just 1 hour's,but after 3 hour's it will be not happen,then i ask to custmor care person mr.r.b.gupta then he told me that i have to stik only one chenal 550,then after some time u will upgread u chenal automatically,but after waitingfor 2 hours there is no result,there is no proper answer frm any of dishtv side,so this is called custmor care,when i pay money then i have to want result?but still at 10P.M. OF 21-09-09 I M WAITING FOR MY UPGREDAED CHENAL SO PL. DO SOMTHING FOR THIS MATTER???
