[Resolved]  Dish TV — WRONG RENEW DATE for [protected]

REFER OUR VC NO [protected]
WE HAVE DISH TV CONNECTION ON THE NAME OF RABINDRA NATH SWAIN ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMBER. WE ARE A NORMAR SILVER (ORIYA ) CUSTOMER. NORMALLY RS 125/- IS RECHARGE AMOUNT FOR A MONTH.

WE HAVE RENEWED RS 300/- ON 09 JUL 09(WHICH RECEIVED BY DISH TV ON 10 JUL 09)
THRE IS A OFFER FOR 20 % FREE A LA CARTE ON RECHARGE OF RS 300 AND RS 500 FOR SILVER PACKERS
I HAVE APPROCHED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ACTIVATION OF FREE A LA CARTE. KNOWINGLY DISHTV ACTIVATED PAID A LA CARET AS A RESULT MY NEXT RENEW DATE BECOMES 18 AUG 09 INSTEATE OF >70 DAYS.
AFTER REPEATED COMPLAIN MY VC IS DEACTIVATED ON 20 AUG 09
AFTER VERBAL COMPLAIN I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAIN ON 31 AUG TO DE ACTIVATE ALL PAID A LA CARTE.
AGAIN RS 125 PAID ON 01 SEP 09 MY NEXT RENEW DAY GIVEN 15 AUG 09 INSTEAD OF 30 SEP 09. AND DE ACTIVATE MY VC ON 18 AUG 09. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAIN DISH TV GIVEN ME 20 % WAIVE FOR FREE A LA CARTE AND INFORMED ON 03 OCT 09 THAT MY NEXT RENEW DATE IS 13 OCT 09. BUT STILL THE DISH TV IS ADAMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING AND NOT ABLE TO REPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING :-
(A) HOW rS 280(AFTER RS 20 DEDUCTION FROM RS 300 ON 10 JUL 09) MY NEXT RENEW DATE IS 18 AUG 09.???????????
(B) MY VC WAS DEACTIVATED AND COMPLAIN RAISED ON 31 AUG 09. HOW RS 125/- ON CHARGE ON 01 SEP 09 NEXT RENEW DATE IS 15 AUG 09.

KINDLY HELP ME OUT FROM DISHTV MONOPOLY THAT AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATING PAID A LA CARTE IN STEAD OF FREE ONE.

Dish TV — Wrong renewal

Sir, I bought Dish Tv from Andheri West dealer of Dish Tv name"Noor electronics" in the month of 18th Sep, 08 on the bill(written by Dealer) i was assured that it is all channel free for one yearie.till 18the sep, 09 and along with that Rs.4000/- free movies on deman free which is also not sued to fullest.But for lastone month for one or other way they are discontinuing my services to extract money from me.First they discontinue colours in the month of jan, 09 when i went to dealer shop he informed that the colours is not included in my package as u will have to pay rs.15/- on payment he through cad assured me that the channel is on the air but when i could not view inspite of my payment i rushed to dealer now he says Rs.17/- pper month with tax and u have to pay for the package end date ie.sep, 09 so i paid it through cheque Rs91/- balance fo rthe said period.

Now i would like to bring to your notice that they keep monitoring which serials we are watching on regular basis and they creat problem for the same and last month aastha channel was discontinued and i lost the view for all channels after (i had written mails to them) on repairing they assured me that the lost days will be adjusted for ending perion and they replied to me through email that my renewal date is 29/9/09

I request and called there call no but no one is coming on line.

I hunted and my dealer also not co-operative i contacted onther dealer and they informed my after checking from they system the vc no [protected] is existing in the name of dadabhai in thara gujarat.
i asked dish tv to confirm the party name which till date not confirmed.

For last one month i am receiving the sms for renewal payment, when i informed to office throgh email they said please ignore ur renewal date is 29/9/09 confirmed and now they have discontinue my all channels .

I can produce all the evidence for my truthful ness.
