[Resolved]  Dish TV — Incorrect charges and online payment problem

My VC no is [protected] i bought my DishTV package with 3 month free suscription in Sep 2006, free subcription was valid till Mid Dec 2006. But some how due to some technical problems with Dish TV my conection worked for 1month only. In order to get my services resorted i had to fight with their unprofessional and uneducated customer service representatives continuosuly for 2.5 months. Finally services restored and my free ctivated in Mid Dec and worked till Mid feb and then 3 months free period expired. SInce then they are showing some 525 Rs in my account as unpaid and have deactivated my account.
Since then I am only figthing and fighting. I have not seen that worst organisation in my entire life and believe that we all customers should make a forum against them and shuld lodge a police complaint against hem.

DishTV — very bad experience in 1 month

within a period of 1 month of installation 3 complaints made to noida, 4 to agent and 10 to the man who installed. very bitter experience. no regional channel as promised free for 1 year, no clarity etc etc
i need to open my account on dish tv recharge in this how i can go please send me details about it

you can do F.I.R. against them,

otherwise plan to get the other company dth..
but take this action when you r fully totalled !
and make sure to go to their's centre, talk them face to face,
may be the service agents dont'know it or they may have the bond to not to reveal any type of problems to their head or something like that..

also try to talk to their's HOD
or lastly take the STB and throw into theirs store in front of them in a very harsh ful, rude manner ..
and say that... "bheekh mein rakh lo"

I had also subscribed for Dish TV in Feb 09, while doing renewal of subscription, it provides very very very poor customer service. Today is the 4th Day I am not able to view DISH TV even after paying subscription amount. I was told by executive of Dish TV after sending my SMS 18 times that I have tio call up customer care No. I have been trying all the three customer care No but every time automated machine gives faulty signal that VC No i am tyoing is not correct. There is only other way where Customer Care Executive calls up tha is send SMS at least 10 times then only they call but nobody has been able to start my connection again. This is the second time in the last 4-5 months as I normally pay at least for two months.
i have also very bad experience with DishTV services. i paid money thru internet n it has taken 4 days to deposit in his a/c. even by depositing, it has not given the service. the customer care service is also worst. its really a fraud we hav to go for consumer foreum
