[Resolved] Dish TV — Not receiving the signal | |
Sir, from 14th of May 2008, i am regularly in touch with Dish TV customer care via complian no. 13203820 for alignment of my dish Tv as i am not getting signal properly. Every time they promise that with in 24 - 48 hrs, we will rectify it, but nobody use to come. I have even talked to here senior supervisor Mr. Anush Sharma, Saini. Till date they are not able to rectify it. Here date wise to whom i am talked in customer care: 14/05/2008 - Mr. Sandeep 15/05/2008 - 16/05/2008 - Mr. Manoj, 16/05/2008 - Mr. Anush Sharma (Sr. Supervisor) 17/05/2008- Mr Saini (Sr. Supervisor) 19/05/2008-Mr. Nitin 21/05/2008- Mr. Santosh Everytime there representative ask for money, though my dish tv is in warranty for 1 year. My dish TV VC NO [protected], Dish Tv set top box is not working for the last 10 days. I have not received many more channels singles, like z news, sabt, sonly, starplus and regional channels, etc. only received ABP News, Zee cinema, X max only. Message received set top box connection. Please sent your service engineer immediately. or call my cell no. [protected]
