[Resolved]  Dish TV — misguidance by salesperson & customer care

Dear Sir,
I Praveen Gaur, Dish tv subscriber for last two months, I am misguided by dish tv sales person & customer care. They make me fool, i already lounge a complain in there office (through mail & telephonic ) so many times but still not getting any response even i directly shoot a mail to MD of the Company([protected]@dishtv.in) but still not getting any response,

I am forwarding you mail which i sent to MD:-

I am Praveen Kr. Gaur DISH TV Subscriber my VC NO. is [protected]. I am taking this connection on the basis of my Brother Dr.Pankaj kumar subscription. I had talk with customer care before taking connection & they suggest me to take subscription under child plan because of same Address. I agree for that and call the customer care on 22/6/2010. for new connection in my room on same address. customer care informed me that you have to pay only Rs.1860/- (Including All taxes) for the subscription for (Rs.170/- per month) three month & few movies you can see in between 100 days was Absolutely free.
I payed that amount to the sales Person but later on i feel i can view only few channel but on the basis of my brother plan (Titanium) I am eligible for Platinum plan. i spoke to the customer care & the concern person said your plan is Gold plan & under this plan i can view few channel then i said no, as per plan i required only Platinum Plan. he said very politely "no worry sir i just convert it into Platinum Plan". but end of August i saw my Service was Deactivate I spoke to Customer care again He said your connection is Individual (as per given detail of scan image of saf form & bill ) & you have to pay Rs.325/- per month for Platinum Plan. But during time of connection i spoke to customer care Executive he said i can pay Only Rs. 168 or Rs 170/-.
Because of misguidence of Sales Person & misguiding of customer care I faced this problem. kindly Activate my plan under Multi connection/ child plan.
