my name is deepen,I have booked one DISH TV DTH connection from online on 03rd NOV,as per there commitment it ll take 3 - 5 days to install the same, but still it is not been installed. on the other hand I put several complaint to cc dept to install the connection but still they are not taking it seriously.Everyday they are doing fake commitment. please take necessary action. deepen Was this information helpful? | |||

Dish tv connection — not installed
Hi,I puchased my dish tv connection with v.c. no as[protected].
I made a call to customer care for its installation. They told me that it will be insatlled soon.
now whenever i call them they say that it will be installed within 24 to 48 hours.
But 20 days have past and nothing happened.
i am so much frustated with their service that i want to sue them in the court.
Please guide me for the same.
