[Resolved]  Dish TV — Dish TV not showing DD National

I have a Dish TV connection VC# [protected]. Since few days when cricket match started on DD between Ind Vs Aus, Dish TV stopped showing DD National with error message as 'Signal are not working properly'. When I approached them they are asking for 200 + service tax charges. Some More detail: Earlier DD National was coming on 655, now when I press 655 it directs me to 656 where they are showing Neo Sports. I have also gone through some forums and your as-well and it seems that it is their old habit to collect more money from consumers either in the name of connection error or get the subscription for Neo Sports channel. It is really unethical and unacceptable. If you guys has opened this forum to help people like us then please try to resolve such kind of issues so that no one had to pay unnecessarily. Thanks!
