[Resolved] Dish TV DTH — Cheating Consumers who subscribe for Child Set Top Box | |
Dish TV Does not offer the same No. of Channels which the subscriber can view on the Parent Set Top Box if he goes for an additional Child Set Top Box.The Company charges 50% of the charges for the child set top box and also does not provide the same No. of channels.If one were to view the same channels then the total subscription charges exceeds the Parent Set Top Box. I strongly feel that TRAI should Intervene and ask DTH Operators to allow the subscribers to watch the same No. of channels without any cost or a nominal cost of not exceeding Rs.100 per month for the child set top box. We discontinued Dish TV years ago.I did not get any response from your website or from Dish TV, therefore we discontinued Dish TV and subscribed with our cable operator | |
