[Resolved]  Dish TV DTH — Worst customer Service

Hi All,

I am very new subscriber of Dish TV DTH service and opted for Dish TV Maxi and paid Rs.3990/- for one year subscription which includes Dish Welcome+Regional Pick(telugu)+dish Plus and Dish News, However, when i called to customer care to complain that there are no telugu channels broadcasted other than Gemini, ETV and Maa TV, and told him that their brochure in regional pick(telugu) mentions other channels of Telugu and to my suprise the customer care executive started explaining me that he is telecasting Other telugu channels such as Surya Television(which is a malayalm channel) and argues with me that surya belongs to Telugu...
One thing i can definitely tell eveybody that Dish TV DTH is very bad in terms of service and have no hear to listen any customer complaints.The best of the website is they don't have any escalation procedures mentioned when service is failed.I feel irriated when i have chosen Dish TV and given an opportunity would like to speak with any responsible officer who can understand my problem and who can revert to me with a solution after reading this mail even after a month...

FOR EVERY BODY WHO ARE DISH TV USERS ITS SHEER WASTE OF TIME ON CALLING TO THE TOLL FREE NUMBER([protected]) AND TALKING WITH TO THOSE BRAINLESS EXECUTIVES ...Regards, Pradeep, Hyderabad.

Dish DTH company is about to be closed. Observed that they even have no control over their dealers.technicians also. Seems to be closng their business sooner. Don't recharge this stupid service. You are not guaranteed for service. instead go for a new service . They will provide new offers which will cover the loss paid by you for buying dish DTH.
The dish DTH is not able to send their t technician even after 30 days of complaint. That is their situation.think while you recharge
