[Resolved]  Dish TV — Promotional Offer Problem

Hi,

I have recharged @ 630 Rs for 3 months. Dish TV said for three months promotional offer will enable me Gold Saver Pack for three months at 210X3 =630. After three months, I recharged now and it has automatically deducted 270 Rs for gold saver plan. I never applied for this plan...... As it was promotional I feels cheated now.

Other Problems:
1. I have registered by mobile for CALL BACK service before two months..l No reply.
2. During tenure of those promotional three months my DTH stops on alternate day and my next recharge date was wrong.
3. Consumer complaint number given for Gandhinagar is not working (does not exist!!!)
4. I have called on [protected] for complaints so many time but it is not working.

Justice needed..

1. I have recharged for 300 Rs now so I should get 210 plan plus balance for next recharge. But I got one month period only.
