I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have bought Dish TV connection (VC # [protected] in the name of Mr. Neeraj Gupta).. My experience with customer care cell of Dish TV India has been pathetic. I've been away from my home for past 2 weeks. Duing this period the services of Dish TV were not used. When I came back DAY BEFORE yesterday, I was not able to view even a single channel.. Niether customer care numbers are accessible[protected], nor they are replying to my email... would someone please answer the phone calls at your help line...the number[protected] is only playing the recorded advertisement ...no one bothers to answer the call...how can one adress the complaints to the operator...
Recently, I have taken Platinum Package i.e. Rs 280 + ST per month for 240 channels . However I am getting only 219 channels . Now I do not know the reason for less channels on my TV

THE LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR IS MORE COOPERATIVE AND AT LEAST WOULD BEHAVE LIKE A CIVILISED EDUCATED PERSON.
i have recharged my dish tv on 29 aug. 2012 by 200 INR for 30 days as per displayed on dish tv web site, but my dish tv validity expired in 15 days,
so plz resolve my problem urgently.
i m sending recharge confirmation along this mail.
