I happened to purchase a Dish TV connection. At the time of booking the company confirmed installation within 48 hours and after booking,changed the time to 120 hrs. the company deactivated the service after three days(demo period). when complained it said, it did not get the installation docs from it's dealer.even after reminders, requests and three days nothing changed. No response from the company. not able to contact any of the customer care numbers as they are always busy or whatever may be the reason. Such companies sell connections giving wrong commitments. they do not respond to repeated requests and complaints. very bad experience with them. cheating company. please beware of the comapny Was this information helpful? | |||

DishTV — Irresponsible service and cheating by DishTV
This is with reference to the Irresponsible service and cheating by DishTV. I am a Dish TV customer (VC no. [protected]). 2 weeks ago all the HD channels on my DishTV stopped working (showing error 301 – Signal not found)When reported to Dish TV customer care on Jun 16th (ref. no[protected] I got a message that technician named KULDEEP (ph.no. [protected]) will visit my home to resolve the issue. The technician after investigating, asked me to keep my DishTV STB ‘ON’ in order to get the channels refreshed from the backend. On doing so still the HD channels were not working.
I again logged a complaint on june 19th (ref. no.[protected], for which I did not get any assistance instead got a message on June 20th stating “Your DishTV complaint no. 61822805 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution.”
I again logged a complaint on june 22nd (ref. no.[protected], for which I did not get any assistance instead got a message on June 23rd stating “Your DishTV complaint no. 62108981 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution.”
Again after multiple phone calls to DISH TV customer care a new complaint was logged on June 26th (ref. no.[protected] and post this I got a message saying that my dish TV complaint will be attended by SUKESH on June 26 @ 10:19 p.m. No one came to my house to attend the complaint and I am still facing the issue.
It is very disappointing & irritating that NO ONE IN DISHTV organization, cares for the customer satisfaction.
I want an immediate redressal to this issue and want a wavier for HD channel pack.
