on 19th august, 2011 i have recharged my account with 500 rs. after that my gold pack is automatically upgraded to gold cricket pack.. and my sports channals (star cricket, sports, and espn) are removed and instead of that ten cricket is updated.. but m don't want to change my pack.. i want gold pack back.. my dishtv stb no. [protected].. plz help me in this regard..
