Also we were experiencing fragmented picture intermittently. •Yesterday earlier technical had replaced LNB but that did not resolve the problem. He showed the old LNB to my wife. After your technician left all HD channels stopped working. •Today technician brought a faulty LNB which did not match as looked yesterday.
