[Resolved] Dish TV — Monthly Recharge | |||
I am a DISH TV user ( VC Number : [protected])and recharge every month. DISH TV starts harrassing customers 7 days before the due date to recharge otherwise the service would be disconnected.Everymonth the recharge date advances by one week and this continues. I have written to DISTV on numerous ocassions but till date there is no response. Actually we pay for a month and do not receive services for a month. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dish TV — disconnected before due date
dear sir,last month august - september, i have recharged for a minimum of Rs.100/- as it is month of ramadan, but I surprise to note that my subscrition of only south channel has not at all been activiated, then on Oct 4, 08. i have recharged for Rs.300/- subscription, but to my surprise it has been activated only on 08 or 10 th of oct.08, i just thought that their may be some server problem so i ignored the same and started viewing the channels, but all of sudden the line has been again deactivated, i can't view the paid channels, as my due date are still far away, i don't know the reason behind. so i request your goodself to look into the matter and reactivate the line as soon as possible.
