[Resolved] Dish TV — NOn DELIVERY OF PRODUCT/SET TOP BOX | |||
I have booked online a Dish TV set top box with recorder on 3rd Nov'2012 and paid Rs.990/-. After the payment a confirmation mail received from dish TV customer care and they allot me a token no.175425 and the delivery time is mention is 24 hour. Still i did not received the product, i regularly followup with customer care they always commit that the product and installation will be done by today. around 8 days pass away i have not received the product.
